The facility is family owned, and brings this family atmosphere to their staff-resident relationship. The staff at Copper Trace believe that the residents don’t just live there, they are part of the family.
To insure all family members are comfortable, this community included multiple different living options within the four levels of care including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Short-term Rehabilitation of care. Also, this community has Medicaid options in their Skilled Nursing care facility including both private (very few available) and companion rooms.
To top off the comfort of this community there are a convenient twelve entrances, in which each neighborhood has its own entrance. Also, each neighborhood has its own laundry facility where families or a laundry service can do laundry for the residents.There is a resident council that have the opportunity to provide feedback on the various activities offered at this community to see which activities are fan favorites to continue these. Resident favorite activities include such things like: Lula, sit-n-fit, walking club, various entertainment opportunities, and on Fridays they have Happy Hour.
There are also outings to Indians Baseball games, the Zoo, the Ice Cream Parlor, and the Planetarium. They additionally offer shopping trips to both Kroger and Target. Transportation is also offered for residents to go their various appointments.
All of the staff at the community is amazing, but the Rehabilitation Therapy team is truly one of a kind.
They gain such relationships with their residents that they hold a Rehab reunion two times a year for past rehab residents to come back and see the staff.
